Drum Cleaning Blade - Repairing the Drum Cartridge.

For reconditioning the drum cartridge (13R544 or 13R547).  Note that these drum cartridges have gotten to be very scarce.  If you do find a drum cartridge with a good drum, you will probably need a new blade because the cartridges have gotten so old that the rubber blades inside the cartridges are usually deformed in which case they streak almost immediately.  .
