For Xerox® models: WorkCentre 4110, 4112, 4127, 4590 & 4595, D95, D110, D125, D136
Fuser Assembly (complete) - 126K32842 / 126K32843 Genuine Xerox®
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you try to order the older part numbers for the 4110 or 4112 families... Xerox® tells us all that "the new part number is 126K32843". BUT... the older machines had a few significant differences in the fuser assemblies that the technician needs to be prepared to deal with.
- First: the Front Fuser Cooling Fan has a different connector and different number of wires going to it... so the tech needs to clean up and re-use the original fan and wiring harness for the fan.
- Second: The heat lamps are different for the earlier models... there are several configurations where the heat lamps are different wattage compared to each other... so if you end up with fault codes for the fuser taking too long to come to ready, etc... it might be necessary to install the orginal heat lamps from the old fuser.
Note for Technicians only: In the case of a Fuser Overheat Fault code 010-320, you must investigate and solve the cause of the overheat and then for models 4110, 4112, 4127, 4590, 4595, D95/D110/D125/D136, the NVM Chain/Link code that needs to be reset is: 744-156.
